Exchange and Return Policy

At Multaqa Al-Khibraat Institution, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible training and educational experience. Therefore, we would like to clarify our exchange and refund policy regarding course registration:

1. Course registration is considered final once the fees are paid. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after payment has been completed.

2. In the event that the institution cancels or postpones a course for any reason:

   • The client has the right to transfer the paid amount to another course of their choice.

   • Or receive a training credit equal to the full amount paid, which can be used later for any available training programs or courses.

3. All procedures are carried out in a way that ensures our clients’ rights and reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality training services.
